Privacy Notice

Effective July 12, 2026

1. Scope

This notice explains how OpportunityOps Social Outreach, operated by Croft Crafts, LLC, handles information associated with its public pages and authenticated ContentOps workspaces.

2. Information processed

Depending on workspace use, the service may process operator identity and authentication information, client brand and campaign data, uploaded content and media, approvals, schedules, connected-account identifiers, delivery evidence, metrics, diagnostics, and security logs.

3. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate operators, provide requested workflow functions, preserve approvals and audit evidence, communicate with connected platforms, measure delivery results, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, investigate failures, and protect the service.

4. Service providers and social platforms

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage, monitoring, and social-platform providers as needed to operate authorized features. Social-platform activity remains subject to the privacy terms of the relevant provider.

5. Credentials and security

Provider credentials and long-lived authorization tokens are not intended for display in the operator interface. Access controls, restricted secret storage, private media storage, validation gates, and operational logging are used to reduce unauthorized access and transmission risk.

6. Retention

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the workspace, preserve review and delivery evidence, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention can differ by record type and connected platform.

7. Choices and requests

Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion through their workspace administrator, subject to security verification and any requirement to preserve immutable approval, delivery, fraud-prevention, or legal records.

8. Changes and questions

This notice may be updated as the service or its integrations change. Questions or privacy requests should be directed to the assigned OpportunityOps workspace administrator using the support channel provided with the account.
