Terms of Use

These terms govern access to OpportunityOps Social Outreach, a service operated by Croft Crafts, LLC, including its ContentOps operator workspace. The service supports governed preparation, review, delivery, and measurement of social content.

Operator features are available only to authorized workspace users. You must protect your account and session, use only identities you are entitled to use, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your workspace administrator.

Workspace clients retain responsibility for their content, brand instructions, destination links, account permissions, and publishing decisions. A connected account or prepared delivery packet does not replace required human review or platform authorization.

Social networks, hosting providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability, review decisions, processing times, and API behavior are outside OpportunityOps control.

You may not use the service to misrepresent identity or authorization, bypass safety or approval controls, distribute unlawful material, compromise another account, probe restricted systems, or violate an applicable platform policy.

Features may change as integrations and platform requirements evolve. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, client data, provider accounts, or service integrity. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular platform outcome.

Questions about these terms or access to a client workspace should be directed to the assigned OpportunityOps workspace administrator using the support channel provided with the account.
