Terms of Use
Effective August 15, 2026
1. Service and pilot status
These Terms govern access to OpportunityOps Social Outreach, a digital subscription service operated by Croft Crafts, LLC. OpportunityOps helps business workspaces prepare, generate, review, approve, publish, and track social content. The Founding Pilot is an early commercial release. Features, integrations, and workflows may evolve as the product and third-party platform requirements change.
2. Accounts and authorized access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and sessions, and use only workspaces, brands, content, and social accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Trial, price, and automatic renewal
The OpportunityOps Founding Pilot plan begins with a three-day trial and requires a valid payment method through Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $25 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Stripe securely processes payment details; OpportunityOps does not receive or store complete card credentials.
4. Founding Pilot price
A customer accepted into the Founding Pilot may keep the $25 monthly price while the same subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. General upgrades to the OpportunityOps Social product are included for those continuously subscribed pilot accounts. If a subscription is canceled and later restarted, or remains unpaid beyond the recovery period, then-current pricing and plan terms may apply. Separately priced add-ons or third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that date. Payments are not prorated or automatically refunded, and unused time does not create a credit, except where a refund is required by law. Canceling during the trial prevents the first recurring charge.
6. Payment status and service access
Trialing and active subscriptions may use paid features. A subscription scheduled for cancellation remains usable through the paid period. A past-due subscription receives a short recovery grace period, currently three days. Publishing may be blocked after that grace period and when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, or the trial expires. Billing and account-management access remain available so payment or subscription issues can be resolved.
7. Customer content and publishing decisions
You retain responsibility for your content, source materials, brand instructions, destination links, account permissions, legal compliance, and final publishing decisions. You must review generated drafts before approval. OpportunityOps does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable for a particular audience.
8. Artificial intelligence
OpportunityOps may use a managed AI provider connection to generate drafts. A workspace may instead use a supported customer-provided API key where that option is available. Customer-provided credentials are scoped to that workspace and remain subject to the provider's pricing, limits, and terms. AI output requires human review and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Third-party platforms
Social networks, AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability, review decisions, account restrictions, processing times, API changes, and delivery behavior are outside OpportunityOps control. A connected account does not guarantee that a platform will accept or display a post.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to misrepresent identity or authorization, violate another party's rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, compromise another account, bypass safety or approval controls, probe restricted systems, interfere with the service, or violate an applicable platform policy.
11. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular publishing, engagement, or business outcome. We may update, suspend, or limit features when reasonably necessary to protect customers, data, provider accounts, payment integrity, or the service. Material changes to pricing or these Terms will be presented before they apply to a future billing period, except changes required immediately by law or security needs.
12. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice describes how account and workspace information is handled. You agree to receive transactional messages needed to operate your account, including authentication, billing, security, and service notices. Marketing messages, if any, are handled separately.
13. Questions
Questions about these Terms, billing, cancellation, or workspace access may be sent to support@opportunityops.net.
